About Newcastle Boiler Help
Newcastle Boiler Help is a small local referral service for boiler repair in Newcastle and Tyneside. We don't do the work ourselves. When you ring or send the form, we pass your job to one independent Gas Safe registered engineer who covers your postcode, and they ring you back.
Why use us
Most people don't want to ring round five firms or have their number sold to a list. We do the finding for you and send your details to one engineer only. If they can't help, we'll try to find you another.
How we're paid
Using us is free. The engineers we work with pay us a fee for introductions. That doesn't change your price: they quote you directly, before any work starts, and you pay them, not us.
Who we work with
- Gas Safe registered, with an ID card you can check before they start
- Carries public liability insurance
- Based on Tyneside, not a national call centre
- Gives you a price before starting any work
If something goes wrong
Tell us. Email hello@newcastleboilerrepair.co.uk and we'll follow it up with the engineer. If a firm we work with lets people down, we stop passing them work.
